Hello everyone, and welcome!
I am Hideo Irimajiri, a Spatial Audio Creator and the founder of Irimajiri Immersive Audio Laboratory.
I established Irimajiri Immersive Audio Laboratory in Nara City in June last year. However, I spent more time than expected preparing a wide range of clear and accessible content for the website, and I am pleased to finally be able to launch it today. I understand that some of you have been looking forward to the website, so I apologize for the long wait.
Through this website, I will share knowledge and insights about Immersive Audio, along with the experience I have gained through years of work in professional production environments, using language that is as clear and accessible as possible. I hope the site will contribute, even in a small way, to the wider adoption of Immersive Audio and help communicate its appeal to a broader audience.
The “Engineer’s Note” and “Audio Terminology Reinterpreted” sections in the site menu will be expanded gradually with new content. If you are interested, please check back from time to time.
